Registration Fees
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include the Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Registration includes:
- One ticket to welcome reception (Sunday evening) including nibbles & 2 hour 'open' bar
- Conference satchel, program and other materials
- Morning and afternoon tea for one on each day of the workshop (excluding Wednesday)
- Lunch for one each day of the workshop (excluding Wednesday)
- One ticket to conference dinner (Thursday evening) which includes 2 hour 'open' bar
- Excursion to Green Island, a luxury resort on the Great Barrier Reef (Wednesday)
*Day full and day student registration does not include a ticket to the conference dinner or welcome reception. Tickets to attend these events can be purchased if desired.
Additional tickets for guests or day registrants can be purchased to the welcome reception ($75 each) and the conference dinner ($100 each). Additional tickets for the excursion to Green Island can be purchased for $67 each for adults and $35 for children aged 4 to 14 years (children under 4 travel free). The money for additional tickets for the excursion to Green Island can be paid for in cash at the time you register for the workshop on Sunday the 5th of August. We must however have numbers in advance, so if you wish to attend or book additional tickets please email the IPELS 2007 Secretary
as soon as possible.
Discounted Rates for Children
It has come to our attention that several participants are bringing their families, including children. As such, we have worked out with the Novotel cheaper rates for the conference dinner and welcome reception for children. These rates are shown below (breakfast rates have also been included in case you organised this when you booked your room).

*For every paying adult, one child eats free
*Additional child: 5-15 years - 50% off adult cost
*Child under 5 - free of charge

Registration & Payment Forms
Registration payment can be made by either credit card (MasterCard and Visa Only) or by bank transfer.
Credit Card Payment
For payment by credit card please download and complete the two page Registration & Credit Card Payment Form, Rich Text Format or PDF, and send it to Devin Ramdutt by fax (+61 2 6125 8552) or by e-mail to ipels2007@anu.edu.au. For e-mailed forms please quote your full name in the subject heading flowed by the text “Registration Payment – Credit Card”. A receipt of payment will be sent to you as soon as we have received your registration form and payment has been processed. All credit card payment forms MUST
contain a signature. If emailing the form a scanned image of your signature inserted in the document is sufficient.

Receipts
A receipt of payment will be available for pick up at the Workshop Registration Desk upon your arrival at IPELS 2007. If you require your receipt prior to IPELS 2007 please contact Devin Ramdutt by e-mail at ipels2007@anu.edu.au and we can arrange to have your reciept posted to you.
